For example, when we ran into design issues with the project he actually took his own personal time researching solutions for me (solutions that were not even part of his screen installations). Right from my initial RFI email I sent to multiple vendors…Mike was the first to reply with responses, he was open and transparent with everything we discussed including potential issues with my plan that I needed to consider. My large format screen installation was very complex with many moving parts in order to complete and Mike managed all those variables perfectly (ie cedar wrapping posts and beams, leveling of patio stones, installation of gas fireplace, electrical placements, and finally a couple glass sections that would also be installed).
